Special Events - 2008

Joe McConnell will be giving carving demonstrations at the following events:

Quilceda Carving Show - 23rd Artistry in Wood Carving Show, Evergreen State Fairgrounds, Monroe, WA
April 19 - 20, 2008 - Joe will be demonstrating NW Native style carving on both Saturday and Sunday.

Renton River Days - July, 2008 at River Park.

Woodcraft Store Demo Weekend - October 3 - 5, 2008 - 5963 Corson Ave. S., Seattle.

Sammamish Art Fair - Sammamish City Hall - October 18 - 19, 2008

Northwest Carvers Association Show - November 8 - 9, 2008 - Puyallup Fairgrounds.
 

Class Information

The classes last 8 weeks long and last 3 hours. In order for the instructor to give the students individual attention, the class size is limited to eight students. The classes are filled on a first come, first enrolled basis, so don't wait to register.

Monday - 9 am to 12 pm
Tuesday - 6 pm to 9 pm
Wednesday - 9 am to 12 pm
Thursday - 6 pm to 9 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 12 pm

Class fee is $180.00 for each 8 week session. Basic tools cost about $50.00.
